When can I order?
Soon. We are checking samples in person first. People on the list see each design first and get the first chance to order.
Are the rugs Moroccan?
No. They are made in India. “Beni Ourain-style” and “Azilal-style” describe the design traditions they follow, not where they are made.
How are they made, and from what?
We publish construction, materials, pile height and weight for each rug once we have inspected a sample in person. We will not guess before then.
What sizes will you offer?
Standard sizes first. Custom sizes may follow later. Custom sizes are made to order and are final sale.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery on standard sizes. Custom sizes are final sale. See the Returns page for details.

Within the United States only.
