Standard sizes: 30-day returns

You can return a rug in a standard size within 30 days of delivery. It should be unused, clean and rolled in its original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@loombrook.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the rug arrives and is checked.

Custom sizes: final sale

Rugs made to a custom size are made to order for you and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Every custom-size listing and the checkout will say so before you pay.

Damage in transit

If a rug arrives damaged, email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will put it right, custom sizes included.
